For example, if my mother in his will for me still have a certain quantity of goods which can alter the power of attorney which, if they want too, but not in his will.

Depends. An attorney terminates automatically when the person dies. So, if the will of a person who has died, the power no longer exists.

That is the reason why you want to. POA can not provide for after the death of a person.
